By accessing or using DeGuilds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use DeGuilds.

DeGuilds is a community tool that helps crypto communities run token-gated World of Warcraft guilds. It verifies token holdings, links Battle.net characters, reserves and lists guilds, and helps Guild Masters manage invites, Discord roles and alerts.

DeGuilds is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft, Battle.net and related names are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. DeGuilds can't invite, remove or otherwise act on players in-game; those actions are taken by guild officers in the game.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use DeGuilds, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You're responsible for making sure your use of DeGuilds, digital assets and World of Warcraft is legal where you live and complies with Blizzard's own terms.

You sign in with a crypto wallet and can connect Battle.net, Discord and X. You're responsible for the security of your wallet and connected accounts and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@DeGuilds.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Connected services are provided by third parties under their own terms. DeGuilds isn't responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes, including changes to Blizzard's API that affect character or guild data.

• DeGuilds is non-custodial. We never hold, transfer or have access to your funds or private keys.
• Signing in only asks you to sign a message. It is not a transaction and costs no gas.
• We only read public balances to check whether you meet a guild's requirement.
• You're solely responsible for your digital assets, transactions and wallet security. Transactions on blockchains are irreversible.

Guilds are created by users around tokens they choose. DeGuilds doesn't create, issue, sell, promote or endorse any token, and a guild being listed says nothing about a token's value, legitimacy or safety. Nothing on DeGuilds is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Digital assets, especially memecoins, are highly volatile and risky, and you can lose everything you put in. Do your own research. DeGuilds doesn't have a token; any token claiming to be DeGuilds is a scam unless announced on our official X account, @DeGuilds.

If you reserve or list a guild, you agree that:

• You'll only list a guild you lead in-game, or intend to lead once the game launches.
• Your listing, token details, links and descriptions are accurate and don't impersonate another person, project or guild.
• You'll run your guild fairly, honor the gate you set and follow Blizzard's rules when inviting or removing players.
• A reservation holds a name on DeGuilds only. It doesn't guarantee the name will be available in-game, and you may need to rename it.
• We may limit reservations, and may rename, reassign, suspend or remove listings that are inactive, misleading, abusive, disputed or that break these terms.

• Meeting a guild's token requirement lets you join its invite queue. Invites, ranks and removals are decided by the guild's Guild Master and officers, not DeGuilds.
• Balances are re-checked on the guild's schedule. If you drop below the minimum, you may be flagged and removed from the guild and its Discord after any grace period.
• A character can only be in one guild at a time.
• DeGuilds doesn't guarantee you'll be invited, stay in a guild or have access to any guild's in-game or Discord content.

You agree not to:

• Break any law, or Blizzard's, Discord's or X's terms, through DeGuilds.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent token ownership or submit false verification evidence.
• Use DeGuilds to promote scams, rug pulls, phishing, market manipulation or unregistered securities offerings.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users, or post hateful, explicit or illegal content.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with DeGuilds, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Use bots or automation to reserve names in bulk or abuse the service.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as guild names, descriptions, images and links. You give DeGuilds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote DeGuilds. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content at our discretion.

DeGuilds is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you the price before you pay and any additional terms that apply. Network fees charged by blockchains or wallet providers aren't controlled by DeGuilds.

The DeGuilds name, logo, site design and software belong to DeGuilds and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and token names and logos belong to their respective projects.

You can stop using DeGuilds at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or remove your listings, at any time if we believe you've broken these terms, created risk or legal exposure for DeGuilds or others, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

DeGuilds is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that balance checks, game data, alerts or Discord role changes will be accurate or timely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeGuilds and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, digital assets, data, goodwill or in-game items, arising from your use of DeGuilds, any token, any guild or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to defend and hold harmless DeGuilds and its team from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of DeGuilds, your content, your guild or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where DeGuilds operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@DeGuilds.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site. Continuing to use DeGuilds after an update means you accept the revised terms.
